Many people in the learning industry make the same mistake I made when first introduced to the concepts of learning games and gamification. I thought they were the same thing. They’re not. In my case, a wise Creative Director pulled me aside and educated me on the differences between them. That lesson has been invaluable to me as I work with clients to drive engagement and participation in learning. Let me see if I can do justice to that lesson and pass it on to you.
